Terms and conditions

Registration for the congress can only be done online via the registration link on the site www.emotionrevolution.no
The congress organizers reserve the right to change the content of the congress program.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
A confirmation email will be sent to you after you register online. Please remember to check your spam folders if you do not receive this email, and do not hesitate to contact us at: kontakt@kulturoperatorene.no

PAYMENT
For international participants, the receipt for your card payment will be send to your email immediately following your payment.

For Norwegian participants choosing invoice for your participation, the invoice will be sent electronically as EHF to your company. If your company is not EHF registered, the invoice will be sent to your registered email immediately following your registration. Please pay particular attention to the information given when paying (company name, address). Please note that the payer is responsible for all bank transfer costs.

If your invoice has not been paid upon the due date, you will receive 1 – one – reminder. If the invoice is not being paid according to this reminder, your registration will be deleted.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
In the case of a cancellation, all requests for reimbursement will have to be done by email. Please direct request for reimbursements to: kontakt@kulturoperatorene.no

In the case of a cancellation before January 15^th 2025, a cancellation fee of NOK 1.500 will be retained by the organizer.
No reimbursements will be made after the 15th of January 2025.

INSURANCE AND DISCLAIMER
The Congress organizers cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of Congress proceedings arising from political, social, health or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control.

The congress cancellation conditions shall apply in any case. Registration of a participant entails acceptance of the cancellation conditions. It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health, accident and cancellation insurance before they depart from their countries.

The Congress organizers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants and accompanying persons either during or as a result of the Congress or during all tours and events.
